These terms apply when you create a Tempos account or publish content. Accepting them is required at sign-up.
Tempos is for people 13 and older. Do not create an account or use Tempos if you are under 13; by signing up you confirm you meet this minimum age.
You keep the rights to compositions and looks you publish. By posting, you give Tempos permission to store your content and display it to other users inside the app. When you share a look, other users can apply its name, prompt, and style image to their own clips. You can delete your posts, stop sharing a look, or delete your whole account, at any time.
When you request AI Style or New angle, you authorize Tempos to send the selected media and prompt to OpenAI and to fal, which runs Kling video models, solely to provide that feature. You must own the media or have permission from its owners and any depicted people to use it for AI processing. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, rejected by provider safety systems, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before saving or publishing it and for ensuring your use does not violate another person's rights. AI generation is free within daily limits (currently 30 images and 10 videos per day); limits may change without notice. Cancelling a generation stops delivery of its result.
Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. Do not threaten others, expose private information, impersonate people, spam, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Violations may result in removal, feature restrictions, or account termination.
Posts, comments, profiles, shared looks, and uploaded songs can be reported in-app. You can block another user. Tempos reviews reports, removes content that violates these rules, and may restrict or terminate accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations.
You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account; this removes your profile, posts, comments, shared looks, activity, and cloud AI job data.
Upload or publish music only when you own it or have permission to use it. Tempos may remove disputed material and restrict repeat infringers. Copyright owners can use the contact below to submit a notice.
Tempos is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
